To fully protect your rights and ensure a satisfying shopping experience, please read the following details regarding our conditional return and refund service.
**Returns**
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt emailed to you or proof of purchase.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at mydewymist discretion.
We cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at mydewymist@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-defective products can be returned with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the product price. Additionally, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

**Damages and Issues**
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it.
**Exchanges**
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, unopened and in its original packaging, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well. The refund may take up to 14 days.
